Meet our team

Anne Wright

President/ Co-owner

Anne is a second generation bond professional serving Southern California since 1985. She is uniquely qualified and highly respected by her clients, surety companies and local public agencies, sub-contractors and general contractors. She has served as past President of the American Subcontractors Association (few women have served in this position) and the Surety Association of San Diego. She is a fixture on numerous committees, several of which she’s chaired, that advocate for construction best practices and she consistently donates her time and energy to promoting bonding workshops to small business. Anne’s husband of 24 years is retired from the surety industry and they have a close knit family. She has a handful of grandkids from which she receives her greatest joy. Otherwise, you will find her enjoying the outdoors or playing her piano.

Cyndi Beilman

Vice President/ Co-owner

Cyndi has represented the Surety Programs for General Contractors, Subcontractors and Developers since 1989 and gets tremendous personal satisfaction from participating in their success. She has been a Bond Manager for a National Surety Company and the Director of Operations. She has a proven track record of increasing the bonding capacity of her clients. Cyndi is a past President of the Surety Association of San Diego (2014) and a member of several committees which support the construction community. Her husband Steve is also in the construction industry and they have three children. Their family enjoys off road riding, boating, and golf. In Cyndi’s spare time she participates as chauffer to her kids many activities.

Dana Michaelis

Client Services Coordinator

Dana brings a level of understanding of the contractors' needs to our agency, along with effective and efficient communication that compliments the service work that she provides to our clients. Dana has been involved in the surety and construction industries for over 20 years. Her positions have included administrative/customer service assistant for us in our prior employment. She has also worked for a local general contractor and a specialty trade contractor. She held the position of office manager and bid coordinator working with the estimating staff. Dana is also a licensed insurance agent and participates in various industry and association events.

Pam Davis

Client Services Coordinator

Pam has worked with us since 2008 and supports our front office with her professionalism. She is often the first contact for communication with our clients and makes sure their surety needs are met.
